The Debug Module is a combination of a custom USB/Serial cable, and a custom program running on a Windows computer. The Debug Module is normally used for development purposes, but can be used by a customer for configuration, if the Bluetooth LE process is not permitted.

Drivers
If there is an available internet connection, Windows will silently connect to the Windows Update website and install any suitable driver it finds for the device.
